Cleveland! Home to rock and roll museums, questionable sports mascots, and Sam Wyche’s unyielding hate. It’s also home to the Cleveland Comic Con Film Showcase, which will host Chompy Lou on October 14! We don’t have an exact schedule yet, but tickets are on sale (buy ’em online for an advance discount), so get yours today!

We’re headed to Minnesota! The Highway 61 Film Festival, which invades Pine City on October 5-8, has added us to their lineup. And more than that: they’ve already announced their festival award winners and slapped Inhumanwich! with First Prize in the Comedy Feature category. We’ll try not to let the victory go to our heads too much.

We’ll update you once the full screening details are announced.

Update! You can catch us Friday, October 6 as part of a block of far-out titles. The block starts at 5:30 PM; if our calculations are correct, we should hit the screen just after 6:30.

Look out Indiana! Chompy Lou is headed to the Hoosier State a third time, this time to Logansport for the Midwest Horror Fest! More than just a film festival, MWHF also includes live music, a burlesque show, food trucks, a tattoo artist, and a whole lot of weirdos. The fest runs October 20-22 at the historic State Theater. We’ll let you know when our movie will screen and when tickets will be available.

Our first big film fest weekend is in the can, and get a load of this: we won both the Best Sci-Fi Film award and the Audience Award at Origins! The former is voted on by the festival jury; the latter by the audience (hence the name, obviously). We’re humbled and very honored to be recognized by a fest we genuinely loved to be a part of.
